Classical French technique. British seasons.
A 32-seat, two-Michelin-star dining room in a Georgian townhouse on Mount Street, Mayfair.
Rooted in British produce, refined by French craft.
Chef-patron Aurélie Marchand opened Maison Aurélie in 2018. The menu changes in full eight times a year, and over 80% of ingredients come from within 150 miles of London: Cornish day-boat fishermen, Herefordshire beef farmers, and a zero-waste kitchen where surplus bread becomes the daily snack course.
